The hotel is beautifully kept and exceptionally comfortable overall. The staff is very helpful. The venue rooms are recently refurbished and great-sized. The location is central, close to shops, beaches, and all significant areas of Cape Cod. The hotel has a nice and best possible location close to everything. We had a very good stay.

Furnishings nice , beds exceptionally comfortable. Hotel has undergone renovations. Room great, amenities as expected. Staff excellent and helpful. Facility clean and comfortable despite construction. Location slightly out of the way, but not important. Restaurant appears newly remodeled.

The people were very nice and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The breakfast buffets. It was the same all three days we stayed there and food was cold.

The hotel is quiet and stunningly beautiful, centrally located to the cape. Newly remodeled room with breakfast, accommodating staff — everything was good. Central heating, pay TV, and a cable TV with on-demand movies in the room were useful. The location turned out to be great and comfy, next to the center of town, significant areas, beach, and restaurants. We had an early meal at Doggz & Hoggz, located nearby. The whole experience was nice.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Cape Cod for a weekend getaway. The hotel staff, especially Suzanne, the manager of the maintenance staff, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She provided helpful information and directions to local attractions. The waitress on Sunday night was also amazing, organizing our bills perfectly. Another standout staff member was Bre, who expertly set up the wifi on my phone. The hotel itself has undergone renovations, making our room comfortable and the amenities up to par. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made our stay enjoyable and safe.

It was clean. Staff was friendly and having a restaurant on the premises was bonus.

Booked through Booked.net was given a price of 115.00 for the night then when I checked it the slip said 138.00 for the night but when it cleared my bank got charged 152.00. Not happy about that. Pillows were not to comfy

The room and bath were big, confortable and clean. I only tried the breakfast once, but it was good and tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped me in any problem that I had.

The corredor was long, complicated and not very nice looking. It is a little bit far from the city center. It's ok during the day, but at night the way is very dark.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Cape Cod. The location was convenient and close to many attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and the bartender in the lounge was particularly welcoming. The food in the restaurant was also good, and it was great to have breakfast included in our rate. this hotel offered good value for money.

All aspects were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The location was nice and best possible, at walking distance from Island Queen Ferry. The room was newly remodelled and great-sized with working ac, a balcony plus 2 large double beds and the breakfast was very good.

This place is conveniently situated near a park, close to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, dining options, shopping, and downtown area.

We got a room with bathtubs. The location of the hotel was marvellous, close to the ferry.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unpleasant.
